We this morning I realised I had a little gripe in my stomach- which for me is great because I know there is more to shift. This was not a bad feeling at all - just a remeinder that I am removing more toxins and the Ultimate Colon Cleanse is doing its job - for all those thinking about this do not fear - this IS a gentle cleanse and over a month or so - so no damage is done - and also nourishment is put back into the intestine too.
