Here is my opening of my Ultimate Colon Cleanse Box and the beginning of my Summer - with a cleanse or an oil change as I call it - I can help my body recover from all the pollutants in my food, in the environment and what I have been basically polluting myself with. By giving my body a cleanse - I am hoping to feel more energised and not feel tired so much - lets see if this is the case…
